The Role

Sales Advisors are our ambassadors and you'll be responsible for making every bunnyhomes customer's home-buying experience memorable for all the right reasons. Operating onsite you'll be responsible for the entire sales process. You'll advise customers on available homes, specifications, and the buying process ensuring you meet agreed KPI's. Liaising regularly with customers, together with solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions is an essential part of this role.

Main duties and responsibilities

· Ensure your Sales Arena and surrounding neighbourhood are always well presented and offer a warm welcome to visitors.

· Act as first point of contact for all neighbourhood enquiries.

· Proactively seek out prospective customers and follow up enquiries to optimise the opportunity for sales.

· Ensure customers are kept updated and well informed of the progress of their purchase.

· Report to line management on viewings, reservations and sales as appropriate.

· Ensure the Health & Safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements.

General Responsibilities

· Ownership of the Sales Arena presentation

· Responding to customer enquiries

· Ensuring sales complete within agreed KPI's

· Make sure all homes are ready to bunnyhomes standards at completion

· Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
