You are about to join a leading provider in the UK specializing in equipment designed to enhance the safe moving and handling of individuals with mobility challenges in varied settings such as homes, long-term care facilities, or acute care environments.

This crucial role focuses on enhancing Major Projects offerings in the commercial sector and ensuring the effective management of contracted opportunities.

The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in project management, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and profound knowledge of the construction and healthcare sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Major Projects offerings to commercial markets
- Oversee the management of contracted opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide leadership and assistance to installation engineers at major project sites
- Prepare quotations based on input from builders, architects, and OTs, following local pricing structures
- Ensure on-site activities comply with quality and HSE procedures
- Manage personal administration, time effectively, and maintain office communication
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overnight stays as necessary
- Hold solid technical expertise in building products and fixtures, effectively communicating this knowledge
- Possess a Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card (CSCS) at a minimum visitor level and a Full UK driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital design software

Desirable Qualifications:
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum with a 20% Targeted Bonus
- 25 days of holiday in addition to bank holidays
