Role Overview:
As a Senior/Principal Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, offering expert psychological and neuropsychological assessments and interventions. You'll collaborate closely with our Consultant Neuropsychologist, Clinical Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Support Workers to deliver comprehensive neurobehavioral rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct specialist psychological assessments using a variety of tools, including tests, self-report scales, observations, and interviews.
  • Provide highly specialised psychological advice to shape therapeutic approaches and intervention plans.
  • Perform risk assessments and management for service users, guiding the team with your expertise.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and enhance clinical services.

About You:

  • A doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent), accredited by the BPS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex clinical information.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of psychometric tests.
