Lunchtime Supervisor at Willo Education

Willo Education is currently seeking dedicated Lunchtime Supervisors to join their team at a school in Edgbaston on a long-term basis.

You'll have the important task of overseeing students during their lunch break:

• Ensure students are in the dining hall on time for lunch.
• Assist younger students at the serving counter with the correct use of cutlery.
• Aid students in returning trays, cutlery, and cleaning tables after lunch.
• Supervise students consuming packed lunches, ensuring all equipment is put away properly.
• Notify management of any student with concerning dietary habits.
• Supervise children during playtime, adapting activities based on the weather.
• Facilitate constructive play and learning opportunities for children as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment and promote safe play practices.
• Enforce behavior standards in accordance with school policies.
• Support students in developing social skills.

Key details:

Working hours: 12:45 - 13:45, Monday to Friday.

• Applicants must be reliable, flexible, and diligent.
• Must be available for work on weekdays.
• Willingness to assist with children's personal care needs, including toilet assistance.
