Business Sales Administrator

Soccer Stars Academy is one of the UK's fastest growing football classes providors for children aged 18months - 9 years.
With various locations across Scotland, England and Wales, the academy is growing at speed every year.We are now looking to take on a Business /Sales Administrator to work in their office at Strathclyde Business Park.
T&C's of role include:20 hour working week from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday; The role will be office based at our office in Strathclyde Business Park, providing office support.
- Keeping wellorganised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Supporting franchisee network with business admin duties
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
- Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
- Keeping Google My Business listings and third party websites up to date
- Invoicing
- Making travel arrangements for employees
- Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
- Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them
- Building relationships with parents
- Following sales enquiry process for all new orders and enquiries
- Sales report analysis
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Writing and editing company correspondence
- Collecting and sorting post
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Ordering office stationery and other supplies
- Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
- Processing online orders
- Maintaining stock levels

Computer and IT Literate (including Microsoft excel).
Well Organised.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Self-Motivated.
Enthusiastic.
Desirable Requirements
Experience of working in a business environment.
Business/Admin Qualification gained at school or college
Job Types:

£11,000.00 per year
