Logistics Specialist.

As a Logistics Specialist you will dispatch goods to our worldwide customer base and process dispatches from our overseas territories.

The sector we work in requires a person with great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.


What you'll do:

  • Dispatch orders in line with customs and customer requirements ensuring smooth delivery
  • Process overseas territories dispatches dealing with unit conversions
  • Coordinate imports with forwarders and clearing agents
  • Liaise with suppliers forwarders, outsourced warehouse to allow for the smooth delivery of goods
  • Monthly stock reconciliations
  • Reply to sales stock enquiries
  • Allocate orders
  • Maintain an accurate stock record
  • Annual stock takes
  • Carry out reasonable duties as required by the needs of the department or organization

What you'll need:

  • Ability to handle numbers, unit conversions, be able to communicate clearly with all stakeholders across the business sales, production, QA, finance, suppliers
  • 5 years logistics experience
  • Good standard of numeracy
  • Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft packages
