One of our largest UK advisory clients are seeking to hire a Senior Insolvency to join their highly reputable and multi-award winning team in Birmingham.

Traditionally, they have worked on some of the biggest projects in the UK and they're in a period of growth.


The business have pipelined a considerable amount of work and as such need to add headcount in order to service the corporate projects.


This role will allow you to take responsibility for your own case load and the scope for career progression will be clear.

In this role, you will be working on a caseload of corporate insolvencies including Liquidations and Administrations at all stages of the process to ensure full exposure as you develop.


As your progress, you'll be given the opportunity to widen your portfolio, lead on projects and taken on more complex assignments in keeping with your personal ambition.

As a business, they offer both insolvency and accountancy study support.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing/assisting on cases in a compliant manner via checklists and the Insolvency Act.
  • Asset realisation
  • Writing proposals for CVAs and Administrations.
  • Dealing with ROT creditor claims and employee claims.
  • Regularly liaising with creditors, shareholders, directors, former employees, government agencies.
  • Preparing statutory documentation: progress and annual reports, SIP6 and SIP16 reports.
  • Investigation of director conduct
  • Attending client sites and meeting with stakeholders as and when necessary
CPI is desirable not essential. Our client will support those who wish to sit these exams.
