Job Opportunity:

Quarry Supervisor:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily quarry operations and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and direct the activities of quarry staff and deploy resources effectively to meet production targets.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the prompt delivery of highquality materials.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimise environmental impact.
  • Conduct and document regular site inspections to adhere to safety and operational standards.

Who Are We Looking For?:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quarry or mining environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Solid understanding of quarry operations and production processes.
  • SHE Level 4 qualification is required
  • GEO Tech Level 4 qualification is required
  • Good IT and systems knowledge for reporting and operational management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
