Our client is looking for a passionate Subject Matter Expert in Payroll Bureau to join their team and contribute to our journey of innovation and excellence.
This role is based in the office in Cheadle Hulme 5 days a week, and pays up to £50,000.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll bureau management, with a proven track record of reaching managerial positions.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and the latest industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex payroll requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry developments.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for all matters related to payroll bureau within our product team.
- Guide the strategic direction of our payroll solutions, ensuring they are compliant, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with our development teams to translate payroll bureau requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry changes.
