Position Description:

NTT DATA Business Solutions UKI is excited to offer a fixed-term contract (maternity cover), for a talented Marketing Manager, available for immediate start until the end of May 2025.

In this role, you will run impactful marketing campaigns that capture and engage our target audiences. Your expertise will be vital in driving our demand generation strategies, encompassing everything from managing content-driven digital marketing to overseeing comprehensive event management. Job Summary:

  • Implement our Industry and Line of Business Marketing Plans.
  • Launch lead generation campaigns that are aligned to our GTM priorities.
  • Maintain an aligned content marketing plan with high quality content assets to support lead generation activities.
  • Manage digital and in-person events.
  • Provide campaign measurement and reporting to the business.
  • You'll be involved in every facet of our thriving marketing operation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Integrated Demand Generation Programmes

  • Run integrated campaigns for awareness, lead generation, pipeline build and pipeline acceleration.
  • Promote content assets using inbound marketing techniques to deliver the required results.
  • Launch webinars, run in person events and co-ordinate exhibition sponsorships.
  • Target Audiences: Collaborate with the data team to determine the appropriate line of business targets and measure engagement.
  • Lead and Pipeline Management: Ensure BANT qualified leads are aligned to sales and marketing processes to ensure efficient lead identification, qualification, and allocation to relevant teams.

Content Asset Creation

  • Develop messaging and content: Curate, build and tailor content for awareness and lead generation.
  • Content Management: Support the planning, development, and use of content such as videos, blogs, infographics, landing pages, white papers, brochures, customer references and press releases.
  • Build a content calendar with content assets that engage target audiences and assists with customer journey progression.
  • Competitive Market Research - Regularly review for industry changes and identify opportunities for future engagement, recognising additional needs for content development.

Marketing Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • The co-ordination of industry and Line of Business marketing plans to ensure themes/key messages/value propositions are incorporated into marketing activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: regularly align with industry stakeholders (GTM Owners, Sales and Business Development) to ensure marketing initiatives closely support business objectives.

Marketing Reporting

  • Regularly review performance of marketing activities.
  • Safeguard effective budget planning and spend.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience of managing events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for building effective lead generation programmes that are founded on inbound.
  • High level of understanding of Digital Marketing techniques.
  • Experience of using CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • A proven ability to communicate in a variety of formats with an appreciation of the target audience and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks to deadlines.
  • Previous B2B experience within the IT industry would be an advantage. (An understanding of the SAP technology portfolio or other B2B technologies is desirable).
