Are you a committed Support Worker who could make a positive impact on the lives of women who have suffered from domestic violence? Would you benefit from working full time hours in a rewarding front line role? If so, a respected Domestic Violence support charity is recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join their experienced team in Hereford.


The purpose is to ensure women and girls feel safer, can assess safe accommodation, be informed and feel able to make informed choices, understanding of healthy relationships and are well-connected with positive support services.


This is a rewarding, yet challenging role which would suit a Support Worker who is resilient but able to work with empathy.

Additionally, you will benefit from having a strong understanding of the challenges faced by clients fleeing from abuse.


In return you will be offered a competitive hourly rate, close supervision from your team leader, along with Mon - Fri hours which offer you the chance of a good work-life balance.
