What you'll do
- Monitor and manage all Finance inboxes and multiple communication channels.
- Communicate with customers, engineers and employees ensuring that they all receive accurate information that is relevant to their circumstances.
- Processing and reconciling statements and balances, receipt and remittances and credit card statements
- Processing customer card refunds and bank payments
- Assisting with purchase ledger duties which includes inputting supplier and subcontractor invoices, statements, selfbilling payments, updating records and assisting with any queries.
- Processing employee expenses and payments
- Any other duties which may be required from time to time by the Management Team and Board of Directors, in the course of your employment with BOXT.
