We now need an equally confident, outgoing, and friendly professional, with a genuine interest in plants to take on the role of Trainee / Store manager.
Eco friendly, our aim is to exceed our customer's expectations by offering amazing quality products with sustainable causes, ethos and beliefs, by staff who share our values and will contribute to our positive work environment.
About the role:
Working 37.5 hours between the hours of 09.30 and 5pm Monday to Saturday, you will 'parent' our plants with the love and attention they need, drive sales by ensuring your performance is of a consistently high standard, and provide excellent customer serviceto create a relaxed environment that our clients will want to re-visit.
About you:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous retail experience
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated and a strong team player
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail with presentation, pricing and merchandising of our products
- A willingness to learn and keep up to date with the products offered in store.
- Overall responsibility for cashing up at the end of each day, to include the credit card machine, closing routines and some administration tasks.
