CHIS plays a critical role in the scheduling, recording, monitoring and failsafe of public health programmes, including vaccination delivery and immunisation status of children in England.

It is the definitive source of childhood immunisation uptake and coverage within England and, as such, is essential to limiting the spread of communicable diseases.

We are looking to recruit a Child Health Information Service Administrator.


Work as part of a team to provide a high quality Child Health Information Service, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.

Working closely with and to a high standard with other members of the Child Health Information Service on a range of National Screening and Immunisation Programmes, specifically in maintaining an accurate database of children resident within the locality to ensure all contractual responsibilities are achieved.

Administer and process patient information and appointments, accurately recording and validating information and updating computerised data systems relating to child health.
