Harrod UK has been established for over 69 years and is leading manufacturer in both the world of sport and horticulture.

Harrod Sport supply sports equipment (specifically goals) to a worldwide client base, including Premier League clubs as well as prestigious events such as the Olympic Games, Rugby World Cup and the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Harrod Horticultural has a large diverse client base, supplying many of the country's top garden's, working with exclusive clients such as the Royal Horticultural Society and several award-winning gardens at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Due to business demands, our Customer Services department are looking to add to their existing team.

As an integral part of the team you will be dealing with in-bound and out-bound sales calls and communications, as well as carrying out administration duties, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded through professionalism, expertise and advice/support.


Key tasks include:

  • Carrying out administration duties in response to customer orders/queries
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with other members of staff/departments
  • Logging all unconverted enquiries
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Mentoring temporary staff when required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of integrity and able to plan/prioritise daily tasks effectively

30 hours per week

22 days holidays (plus bank holidays) - pro-rated for part-time working
