We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Customer service advisor And Heavy haulage admin to work in our Pallet & General Haulage division.


Duties will include:

  • Ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of customer service.
  • Working in the Pallet Network
  • Communicating with drivers, customers and Sub-Contractors.
  • Accurately process jobs within transport management software.
  • Process drivers weekly run sheets, job allocations and POD's.
  • Provide quotations for customers.
  • Assist drivers with job information and trouble shoot problems.
Requirements and Skills

  • Previous experience working in a General Haulage transport office.
  • Heavy Haulage experience beneficial
  • A strong working knowledge of Office based IT including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent Customer service skills.
  • Strong written, numerical and verbal communication skills.
  • A very good attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a pressurized environment.


The position provides an opportunity to join a well-established and developing business who specialise in all aspects of Pallet & General Haulage.

£25K - £28K depending on experience, plus benefits.
