Homeworking with adhoc office attendance expected

Some evening and Saturday shifts required

We're looking for driven individuals with positive attitudes to join our team to deliver a high quality service; which is defined as quick, efficient, polite and effective.

To provide solutions to customers complaints and delivering fair and accurate outcomes.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):
Essential

  • Previous experience in a customer based role
  • Reliable, honest and motivated
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a challenging role and remain empathetic
