Sales Administrator Position at Industry Leader in South Woodham Ferrers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Accurately processing orders
  • Providing requested CAD files
  • Maintaining the office's franking machine
  • Managing supplies for the kitchen, office, and factory
  • Recording management meeting minutes
  • Supervising daily office operations
  • Collaborating with the sales team to handle new inquiries
  • Supplying monthly figures to the sales team
  • Coordinating CPD days and managing invitations
  • Supporting in organizing exhibitions
  • Arranging necessary accommodations and travel
  • Ensuring health and safety standards in the office

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an Administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills
  • Positive and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Team player who can work both collaboratively and independently
