Salvere Support is looking for a young adult support worker who has good autism experience.

The Pay and the hours

  • We are offering £11.00 per hour on a 2125 hrs aweek contract
- plus a company pension and 5.6 weeks a year of annual leave.
Up to 25 per week
- weekdays 4 pm to 8 pm (20 hours )

  • 11 am 4 pm on a Saturday. 5 hours

The job
Experience or willingness to learn

  • Autism experience is important
  • Driver with business insurance
- you will need to support him with personal care / open minded as clothes are an issue for him

  • Epilepsy support manages his seizures
  • Learning disability, be understanding around and flexible around his choice of activity
He is really interested in "girly" activities.

Has to be approached in a very soft gentle way and the introduction will be really slow

We are looking for a support worker who can be

  • Either male or female
  • Glitter/art happy to make a mess and make the activity fun
  • Happy to have face makeup on, paint his nails
- assist him to dress up in his fancy dress clothes

  • Read to, loves story books
  • Eventually, go out in the car,
You will need to be authorized to work in the UK without having a student visa

We will also pay for an enhanced DBS check prior to working.
