Working as part of the Asda Brand Communications team, as a Campaign Planner you will support on the development of Asda's National Advertising Campaigns to deliver impactful and effective creative, with relentless focus on excellence.
Supporting the Campaign Manager and Senior Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing multi channel National campaigns, working hand in hand with our lead creative agency Havas London, and work closely with internal Asda Creative, Media and Proposition teams to bring the campaign to life.
Your role as Campaign Planner
You'll be an excellent communicator and establish strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across the Marketing function and Owned & Earned channel owners.
You'll share updates in key weekly meetings and you'll be responsible for working with agencies on critical paths and key timings to drive efficiencies to process.
You will also:
- Lead the delivery of the campaign be the owner of key deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are briefed and delivered on time
- Work across all marketing channels including TV, Radio, Press, OOH and Digital, working closely with our lead advertising agency and internal creative teams
- Support on TV productions and managing through the day to day preproduction
- Work closely with the internal Content Team to agree assets required for the campaign including photography and paid social
- Practice crossteam working to ensure the campaign is consistent across all channels.
- Lead on trader & legal approval ensuring everything is fully approved before it goes live
- Work with Colleague Comms to launch the campaign with our colleagues.
- Measure the success of our creative and share learnings so all campaigns perform successfully.
- Support campaign manager with required insight testing
- Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
