Administrator (Move-In / Lettings) to join their team in the Horsham.

As the newly appointed administrator for lettings/Move-In, along with a genuine passion for property this is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within a leading estate agency who pride themselves on excellent customer delivery plus an area you can explore and continue to carve a career for yourself.

Life in the day of a Property Coordinator involves;

  • Our customers' experience starts with YOU and in this very important role, you will be liaising with Landlords, Tenants and our network of lettings offices
  • Drafting legal contracts and checking references
  • Chasing outstanding documents required to let a property
  • Checking of compliance and safety related certificates
  • Keeping perspective tenants updated regularly on the lettings process
  • General support and assistance within your team and Property Manager
So, what do you need?

  • An ability to build great relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike
  • Able to work under pressure and at a high pace
  • Have great motivation to provide a great service and work on your own initiative
  • Fantastic communication skills with a highly organised ability to prioritise what is most important
  • A high level of attention to detail and be able to solve problems and work under pressure and time constraints
  • A good knowledge of IT skills is essential as is a bright, enthusiastic "can do" attitude
