Specialty Lines Talent Acquisition Manager – what is involved?
We have a new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team.

Working with the business in a Recruitment Partner capacity you will advise and assist the business as a subject matter expert on talent attraction, best practice and campaign management.

Management of live vacancies cradle to grave; including the recruitment database management (full maintenance of the in house applicant tracking system)
Candidate management/ pipeline building when dealing with referrals, residual applicants and speculative introductions
Agency relationship management PSL and non-PSL, (specific to the Consultant dealing at the appropriate level in the market)
Management of Lockton branded Linked In profile including posting live vacancies on the Lockton Life page, the Lockton International website and third party job boards
Shortlisting candidates and management of interview process with line managers including room/ refreshment booking
Establishing and developing relationships with hiring managers and business unit leaders; to discuss forthcoming budgeted hires, speculative applicants and the business units growth strategy to assist from a talent perspective
Offer and start date management with line and candidate
I and reporting, data analysis relating to salary, role, candidate, time to hire, cost saving and agency fee paid where applicable
Ensuring all required information is collated for HR, audit and compliance to issue employment contracts
Input and management into the marketing collateral for the Talent Team, internal and external.
Attending trade and industry conferences, industry events and networking seminars raising the Lockton Employer Brand.

The right person for the role will have previous in–house/ internal recruitment experience or come from a recruitment agency background, within the general insurance industry.

You will need to be able to effectively manage multiple live vacancies and other recruitment project- based tasks, therefore it is important that you are able to assess and prioritise your workload and maintain a high level of attention detail across all areas, whilst managing expectations.
