DMN Project Build are looking for high-quality, reliable and experienced Bench Joiners to join our expanding team.


We have a large amount of work scheduled throughout 2024, working on refurbishment and fit-out projects such as bars, pubs, restaurants, gymnasiums and retail stores for well known brands in the UK.


We're looking for a number of bench hand joiners who have the experience, knowledge and understanding in the manufacture and site installation of bars, reception counters, booth seating, feature walls, reception counters and much more.


Our work is varied so no two days are the same, therefore it's a requirement that you have a great understanding of bench joinery and the processes required from initial to CAD drawings, manufacture and installation on site.

We offer excellent rates up to £18/20 hour depending on your experience and capabilities.

  • 5 years (minimum) of working in a joinery and/or cabinetry workshop.
  • Use of hand tools along with machinery such as edge banders, panel saws etc.
  • Experience of laminating and working with solid surface materials.
  • Ability to work from basic to in depth CAD drawings/designs.
  • CNC operating (Desirable)

We're looking for bench joiners that have the ability to:
Manage their workload.

Use their own initiative, work independently and as a team.

  • Maintain quality control awareness at all times.
  • Take responsibility on site.
  • Own hand tools.
  • Driving License.
  • CSCS Card (Desirable)
  • Flexibility to work away and install across the UK (Desirable)
Standard hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday and over time is readily available.

Site installation across the UK
will be required on certain projects.

The role will initially be on a subcontract basis leading to the potential going on the books if desired.

Salary:
Up to £18.00 per hour
