Job Description

We're recruiting for a Payroll Operations Specialist to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary. You will be ensuring that all payments and deductions are paid accurately and on time. We have many reconciliation processes to ensure we pay and report correctly.

What you'll be doing:
nUndertaking Payroll operations and all associated activitiesnEnsure all appropriate legislative, regulatory and internal process and procedure knowledge is developed and maintained within the team, identifying, reporting and resolving any breachesnUsing yourin depth knowledge of all retirement products and payment services, along with end to end processesnSupporting in user testing and monitoring the implementation of changes involving Payroll systems or processes, to help safeguard the continuation of accurate and timely payments and reportingnProvidingknowledge and support for projects (system, process, regulatory)nAccurately recording workflow on the appropriate system maintaining effectiveness and perform quality checks

Qualifications

nBasics of processing payroll and reconciliations (essential)nStrong Payroll processes & software (essential)nAwareness of Payroll regulatory/risk (desirable)nExperience in a similar environment working on pension payrolls (10,000+ volume) and reconciliations of payrolls on a B2c and B2b basisnAnalysis and interpretation of financial and technical payroll data for reconciliation and query resolutionnProblem solving and decision makingnPlanning/Organisation of payroll dutiesnWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
