Sales Ledger Assistant

Salary - £26, ,000

Location - Solihull
As the Sales Ledger Assistant you will be required to:

  • Raise sales invoices for customers for any monthly charges
  • Credit control for customers to ensure any aged debt is kept to a minimum
  • Post receipts to customer accounts to ensure accounts are up to date
  • General admin duties for the sales ledger including filing of direct debit mandates and keeping track on incoming post
  • Answering customer queries
  • Providing copy invoices when necessary
  • Raising invoices
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers
  • A Sales Ledger background
  • Experience of Accounts receivable
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience of working with Excel
  • Exposure to Medius, Oracle, ERP or NetSuite would be an advantage
  • A knowledge of foreign currency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the Automotive industry would be an advantage
