MISSION

As a Store Supervisor, you will support the management of the retail team, and will lead by example in offering extraordinary customer service through delivering the brand values, whilst you will inspire and coach the team to achieve their full potential in a retail environment. Job Location: Bicester Village

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate customers on our multiple brands by sharing your passion, creating and maintaining excitement about the brands. Ensure marketing programs are followed and that shop-floor standards are representative at all times. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
