Client Relationship Executive - ARDNN South East

This role will be made for you if you love identifying new and fostering existing relationships with clients to ensure onboarding and retention of their business.

A key focus is position promotion of our company and the team you will work with.

You will work independently and manage client relationships that span all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance. This will include client visits.

What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following and more:

  • Primary point of contact for designated portfolio of clients, to develop and maintain longterm relationships.
  • Undertake periodic risk and cover review meetings with clients and establishing demands and needs.
  • Lead renewal negotiations liaising with client, internal broker and insurer when required.
  • New business prospecting and acquisition, via own generated leads or referrals.
  • Identifying cross/upselling opportunities.
  • Liaison with internal brokers working on the same client to ensure consistent, high levels of client service achieved.
  • Involvement with credit control activity when required.
  • To attend claim meetings/periodic client surveys as required.
  • Feedback market intelligence, with particular emphasis on the marine market.

What experience does our Client Relationship Executive
need?


It's essential that you have some insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and within commercial lines as you will be supporting a complete commercial lines experience to new and existing customers.

It would be a bonus if you have experience using Acturis and any relevant qualifications, although we offer plenty of opportunity to gain these once you join us.

This is an office-based role, at least until probation is passed, i.e. at least 6 months, following which hybrid working can be discussed.
