Mansfield, Nottinghamshire - Lettings Negotiator

A unique opportunity is available for a skilled Lettings professional to become a part of an acclaimed, top Independent agent. This company is widely recognized for its unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, promises an excellent workplace atmosphere, and presents ample room for career growth.

Basic Information:

  • Package: Basic salary of £22,000, On target earnings ranging from £26,000 to £28,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, including alternate Saturdays from 09:00 - 13:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the success of the lettings department as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Manage negotiations between landlords and tenants for property lettings
  • Provide market valuations and advice to potential landlords
  • Handle property portfolio including maintenance, inspections, and tenant queries
  • Ensure compliance with property management legislation and standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients focusing on exceptional service
  • Achieve targets set and contribute to team and company success

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Residential Lettings
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of property market and legislation
  • Efficient task management abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on excellence
  • Team player with independent working capabilities
  • Hold a valid UK driving license
