Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for a challenge in Kent? Then this could be the ideal role for you.


My client based in stunning rural Offices is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their innovative team and deliver comprehensive services to business clients.

You will be required to have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Litigation matters and be able to offer expertise in dispute resolution, contract disputes, debt recovery, and compliance advice.


Full management of a complex and varied Commercial and Civil Litigation caseloadnDelivering expertise advice to clients and third partiesnIssue court proceedingsnDeal with disclosure and drafting witness statements.

nInstruct Counsel to attend the trialnPrepare trial bundles and all the documentation required by the courtnPre- and post-trial dutiesnAdvising on Civil litigation & dispute resolution matters where applicablenManagement of Paralegals and Support Staff

This position would suit an individual who is able to think strategically and demonstrate strong communication skills.

You will need to be able to build strong relationships with clients, providing them with a personalised service that meets their needs.


The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent knowledge of contract law and be able to handle complex matters with confidence.

In addition, you should have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, so you can provide the best solutions to clients.
