Recruit 2 You Ltd are working in partnership with a leading plastics recycling company based in Heanor.

Our client is a global manufacturing company and are looking for additional hard working machine operators, to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience within operating machinery is essential.


Your working hours will be 4 on 4 off - consisting of 2 x 06:00 - 18:00, then 2 x 18:00 - 06:00.

42 hours paid. You will be given a 90-minute unpaid break per shift. Overtime is available on your days off. Previous experience working continental shifts and working 12-hour nights are also essential for this job role.

The pay rate for this role is £11 per hour for standard hours with overtime payable at £16.50 per hour

About the job:


As part of this job role, you will be operating machinery, loading boxes, and undergoing quality inspections on the products - this means paperwork must be filled in correctly and to a standard.

As a keen individual looking for ongoing work, you must be able to report any faults within the product to your Line Manager after completing the standardised checks.

Other duties may be required.


The work is repetitive, and you will be on your feet - all assigned PPE must be worn on site (safety boots and high visibility vest) to comply with the health and safety procedures in place.
