Position Summary:
As the Hotel Manager, you will take charge of overseeing all hotel operations with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, upholding service standards at the highest level.
- Supervise guest services to deliver outstanding experiences throughout their stay.

Financial Oversight:
- Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize revenue generation.
- Implement efficient cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Team Management:
- Conduct performance assessments and offer training and support to front-of-house staff as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance hotel visibility and attract visitors.
- Identify avenues for increasing revenue streams.

Health and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Establish and oversee COVID-19 safety measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with the seasonal hospitality market in the UK and Scotland, as well as current luxury travel trends.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the hotel team.
