Position Overview:
At M Moser, we're really excited about experiential design and looking for a Brand Experience Designer to join our new BX team.
The aim of what we do is to connect, immerse and communicate the essence of a brand within a designed environment.
The job is extremely diverse and includes a variety of areas such as designing sculptural or digital interactive artwork, signage and wayfinding systems or environmental graphics, curating artwork, sourcing artists, visual identity creation and more.

As a member of a collaborative team, you'll work in tandem with the interior design team and global Brand Experience team to create cohesive, thoughtful environments.
You'll need to be a resourceful learner, technically curious, and detail oriented — being a strong team player is critical.
You will play a supporting role under the Brand Experience Design Lead, in advancing design solutions and creating exciting, portfolio worthy work that realises the client's vision and goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with the brand experience team to conceptualize various components of the projects touch points as well as design the deliverables that are required to convey the brand storyResponsible for the delivery of the brand experience work on projects and able to align brand experience deliverables with overall project process and scheduleWork with BX project lead and larger project team to hit key milestones and maintain project scheduleInterpret client requirements into thoughtfully designed and conceptsCollaborate with the interior/architectural design teams and clients to align with overall project vision and goalsKeep up to date on latest trends and best practicesGenerate conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals and work with Project Leader to align design complexity with target budgetWork with brand experience team to prepare design documentation and pitches for new and existing clientsBe responsible for quality control on design document deliverables presented to clients
Job Requirements:
As M Moser's Designer, you are a seasoned, out-of-the-box thinker, with an exceptional knack for delivering awe-inspiring ideas for corporate workplace clients.
You are a natural-born storyteller that can win work and inspire those working with you.Qualifications & Key Competencies:
4-6 years experience in a Brand Experience or Graphic Design related roleExperience working within an advertising agency, creative studio, an in-house design teamBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or another related field preferredProficiency in the latest graphic design software required (Adobe CC, Figma, SketchUp etc.), other skills such as 3D or UI design or animation etc are a bonus, but not necessaryStrong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launchPreferred working experience in creating production ready filesAbility to work in an agile, dynamic work environmentExcellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlinesExcellent eye as a designer with a broad awareness of trends in designExperience in branding for hospitality or retail environment a plusBonus points for work in experiential design through brand activations, art installation, interior design, architecture or other immersive environments.
