Duties:
Supervise all front-of-house activities to ensure exceptional customer service.
Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Ensuring the restaurant is properly prepared for each service, with careful attention to aesthetics to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Monitor and maintain inventory of front-of-house supplies, aiming for a 75% gross profit.
Collaborate with other managers and kitchen staff to achieve restaurant goals and targets.
Devise strategies to advance the business
