Salary:
Monday to Saturday, Daytime: £19.50, Admin hours: £16.00.

All Nights:
£21.50, Sundays and bank holidays: £21.90 per hour, gross per hour. A minimum of £39, gross per annum

Driver Essential? Highly preferable, automatic adapted vehicle for use on duty

Essential:
Solid support worker background with young people or adults, basic knowledge of MARs Charts, administrative skills. This role is open to *female candidates only. Non-smoker/vaper. Fluent English.

Desirable:
Experience of working with controlled medication, mental health knowledge, managing seizures

Days & Hours:
Monday 9.30am through to Tuesday 9.30pm, plus approximately 3 hours Team Leader/Admin duties. As the Team Leader, additional hours will be required to cover sickness, holidays if other team members are unavailable.

Accommodation:
A carer's bedroom and bathroom is available to use on shift

Overview of Job:
The Team Leader will manage Sarah's home care team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing appointments, supporting the team, and ensuring care plans are followed.
