Position: Machine Operator
Location: Near Ilminster (5-minute drive)
Schedule:
- Wednesday to Saturday
- 07:00 - 18:30
Pay Rate:
- £12.24 per hour, rising to £13.00 after probation
- PLUS overtime and bonus opportunities
Key Duties:
- Ensure the smooth running of machinery while meeting production targets and adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Work as part of a highly motivated team, promoting and adopting best practices across all shifts.
- Provide training for new and existing employees, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Lead product changeovers, ensuring team collaboration to achieve set targets.
