***: The HR & Recruitment Administrator will Support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR Operations, assisting with the administrative tasks associated with the employee journey from recruitment, induction, HR systems, HR inbox, templates and documentation, projects and compliance.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform HR and recruitment administrative tasks according to standard operating procedures, legislation, and best practice.
- Update systems including the internal HR Software (PeopleHR), Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards, Project Trackers, DBS platform and other systems introduced to manage the employee journey.
- Monitor the HR and Recruitment inbox to log and escalate queries and provide a timely response to internal and external stakeholders according to SLAs.
- Draft routine letters and communications for approval.
- Prepare induction paperwork for new starters.
- Scan and upload documents into the HR system.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Support with business and HR projects associated with the People Strategy.
- Provide assistance at recruitment events.
- Support HR and compliance audits.
- Ensure that the work environment is maintained, kept clean, safe and organised.
- Conform to all Health & Safety directives and company procedures.
- Identify and report unsafe practices to supervision immediately.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Experience of using a ATS or HRIS system.
- Hold a relevant recruitment or HR qualification or be willing to work towards.
