Penelope's is a very busy cafe in the heart of Goytre Wharf. It is in a beautiful location surrounded by owners boat's and hire boats and has an idyllic landscape.


The cafe is very busy during the Spring/Summer months with live music, Craft Fayres and functions, and busy weekends in the Winter months.

A perminant position has become available working 5 days per week during April-September and 4 days per week October-March. You must also be available to join the team on bank holidays and event days.

You will need to be a quick learner, confident, and have a happy disposition.

You must be willing to undertake duties to include, serving Barista coffee (training will be given) using our EPOS Till, customer service, waitressing, cleaning down the cafe, including the toilets, at the end of each day, pot wash, serving meals and all other aspects of cafe duties.

Our summer weekday hours are pm and weekend hours are 10am-5pm. You will be expected to arrive minimum of 15 minutes before your shift starts to prepare for opening. This position will be Wednesday to Sunday with one weekend off in 5.

Pay will depend on age and will be discussed.
