About us:
Westlea Guesthouse is located in Alnmouth, Northumberland. We are looking for more Housekeeping Assistants/waiting on staff members to join the team.


The Housekeeping Assistant/waiting on staff are the key to giving our guests a relaxing and comfortable break away from the stress of everyday life.


Housekeeper/Waiting on staff member will need to be:

  • Friendly and have an eye for detail.
  • Keep calm under pressure.
  • Work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
  • Work mornings through to midafternoon 8am2pm shifts as standard.
  • Must be punctual, well turned out and conscientious

Job Role:

  • Cleaning rooms to our high standards
  • Ensuring all our public areas are presented clean and welcoming
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Following guidelines to keep everyone safe
  • Replacing all bed linen, towels, and bedroom supplies to 9 rooms.
  • Week days as well as some weekends
  • Weekend work only if preferred part time
