We are seeking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic Assistant Principal with class responsibility to join our friendly team here at Hazel Leys Academy.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Principal to join our friendly team and continue to build strengths we have developed so far.
We are looking for a confident and able leader to join our leadership team to drive standards and our core values and beliefs through our vibrant academy where everyone is supported and valued.
The role entails part-time classroom duties with a sufficient amount of non-contact time to develop the team and promote positive outcomes for our pupils.
About You (What are we looking for):
- A better than good class teacher who can lead by example.
- Be able to use data and observations to lead to improving pupil outcomes.
- To coach, cocoach and mentor classroom based staff so our they become even better practitioners.
