We are collaborating with a global PE-backed attractions business on a London-focused Head of Revenue Management role. London attractions are the second largest source of EBITDA, making this a critical position.

The Head of Revenue Management/Pricing will work closely with Trade, Ecommerce & Operations to optimize revenue for attractions, finding the right balance between volume, revenue per customer (RPC), and guest KPIs. By leveraging revenue management tools and analysis, they will offer insights to regional leadership, spot opportunities, and ensure each attraction reaches its full potential.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Execute strategy for London attractions, leading trading discussions and building relationships across sales channels to align trading decisions with revenue goals.
  • Enhance the global sales strategy for multi-attraction ticketing, testing best practices in London and sharing findings worldwide.
  • Implement revenue management best practices across UK sites, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data insights to communicate recommendations, provide regular revenue reports, and assist stakeholders in hitting revenue targets.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders across sales channels to support revenue goals and optimize pricing approaches.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of Revenue Management/Pricing experience, preferably from consultancy or a related sector.
  • Strong quantitative and data analytical skills, along with experience collaborating with tech teams.
  • Effective interpersonal abilities, with proven skills in presenting pricing/RM to stakeholders with varying perspectives and goals.
  • Experience in national/international roles leading diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
  • Capability to grasp and adapt to new concepts and industries.
