Duties of a Cashier/Customer Service Assistant include (but are not limited to);

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers
  • Interacting with customers with varying attitudes
  • Being responsible for overseeing the wellbeing of our arcade
  • Cleaning responsibilities
  • Viewing the CCTV footage to ensure customer safety
  • Appropriately dealing with customer complaints
  • Handling cash and balancing tills
  • Being vigilant of those who do not have the arcades best interest

  • Selfmotivation with lots of energy

We are a family run business with an Arcade and Ice Cream Parlour on Southend's Seafront.

With a passion for entertainment, we strive on being the Seafront's best Family Entertainment Centre hosting machines that are fun for all ages and serving outstanding products in our Ice Cream Parlour.
