Primary school in Standish is seeking a Year 4 Teacher to start immediately on a part-time basis

Your new company

Hays Education have been approached by an exclusive school in the Standish area of Wigan, who are looking to appoint a Year 4 class teacher on a part time basis.

This role would start as soon as possible and would be an on-going position. This role would onlyrequire you to work 5 afternoons a week Monday - Friday.

This is an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school and they place a strong emphasis on nurturing their pupils to believe in themselves and each other, they ensure their children achieve exceptionally well.


Your new role

In this role you will be expected to work 5 afternoons a week as stated above within a Year 4 class, you will need to work closely with another Year 4 teacher to ensure consistency with lessons for the children.

You will need to plan and deliver fun and engaginglessons, adapting when needed to suit the differing levels of ability for pupils.

You should hold good knowledge of KS2 and be comfortable working with these age groups. It is important for you to work closely with the other Teacher and attend any staff orparents evenings.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children. Subject leadership is desired, but not essential for this role. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT's and NQT's are also welcometo apply.
