We are looking for a skilled Paraplanner to join our team
- Analyze client information and current investments/policies
- Perform tax calculations
- Create suitable solutions for clients and collaborate with advisors on recommendations
- Prepare detailed suitability reports for cases of various complexities
- Run cash flow models for clients
- Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries from advisors
- Communicate with clients regarding research and report timelines
- Participate in client meetings as needed
- Assist in training other team members
- Potentially engage in project work to enhance our systems and processes
- Lead Pod meetings
- Conduct peer reviews for the paraplanning team
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will excel in interacting with High Net Worth clients and professional networks, with a knack for problem-solving. This position could be a great fit for an experienced paraplanner interested in a non-client-facing role yet playing a pivotal part in a successful business.
- Showcase a solid technical expertise in financial products
- Hold at least a Level 4 diploma qualification, aspiring towards Chartered status
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' paraplanning experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT, preferably with knowledge of Curo, FE Analytics, and Voyant
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic setting
- Be organized and capable of managing a demanding workload
