The Company:
Established IFA business based in York who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to growing their back-office support team.
Seeking a technical astute IFA administrator who can support multiple advisers acrossthe breadth of HNW private wealth advice.-
Office Location:York

Hybrid/Home Working: Yes
- Hybrid office/home working
Package:
£24-28k DOE + discretionary bonus and full company benefits
- Benefits: 23 days holiday + stats, 5% pension, healthcare scheme plus additional company benefits
- Working hours: 37.5hrs p/w
The Role:
To support Paraplanners and Financial Consultants with all administrative tasks as required
Duties include:
- Preparing new business and client review packs for client meetings
- Assisting with the production of accurate client portfolio valuations
- Obtaining literature and forms from providers and precompleting basic client details
- Obtaining Anti-Money Laundering requirements and conducting electronic checks for new and existing clients
- Prepare new business documents ensuring all paperwork completed accurately and correctly
- To record all new business and advice events accurately on the backoffice system
- Schedule follow up tasks relating to business submissions
- Follow up on any outstanding fees and invoices
The Person:
Will come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA's/financial advisers in a technical administration capacity:
- New/existing business processing experience across investments, pensions and protection
- XPLAN and/or Intelligent office system experience preferred, but not essential
