- Provide face-to-face and remote mental health triage, assessment, and care.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals in mental health crises.
- Lead efficient mental health service development and supervision of staff.
- Maintain high-quality health and social care interventions.
- Ensure compliance with Trust and Local Authority policies.
- Contribute to service improvement and continuous learning environment.

Essential:- 2 years post-graduation experience in mental health

- Evidence of therapeutic training in CBT/DBT/EMDR
- Understanding of IT systems used in healthcare settings
