In this position, you will support the branch manager with the daily running of a small branch, which includes serving customers on the trade counter, processing orders and offering products to customers whilst providing a great in store experience for our customers.


  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday (7.30am5pm), Friday (7.30am 4.30pm) one in 2 Saturday's (8am11am)
  • Driving license is essential, full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Branch Manager.
  • Thrives being part of a tightknit depot team to achieve depot KPI's.
  • Support with daily and quarterly stock takes.
  • Upsell and promote on new products to customers.
  • Build up good customer relations and achieve customer satisfaction every time.
  • May be required to drive delivery vehicles (up to 3.5t) and operate Forklift trucks (full training will be given) to help support the service to our customers.
