Key duties will include:

  • To provide excellent customer service via the telephone
  • Processing orders and sales
  • Carry out admin duties as and when required
  • Being confident with use of CRM systems
  • Minimum of 2 years working in an administration/call centre/customer focused environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
