Our client is a distinguished, multi-award winning software company specialized in the insurance industry, expanding their team by hiring two proactive Application Support Analysts.

As the Application Support Analyst, you'll handle tasks like bespoke application support, password resets, and general IT support across Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Azure. You'll also get involved in application configurations, integration issues, and installations as you gain more experience.

The role offers comprehensive training on industry-specific applications, typically lasting a few weeks.

What they are seeking:

  • Previous commercial Application Support experience, preferably at 1st & 2nd line levels
  • Experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Knowledge in Windows Server and Active Directory Support

This role suits current Application Support Analysts or IT Support Engineers with exposure to bespoke applications.

Work-From-Home (WFH) Expectations: Initially, you'll work closely with the team in Central London, transitioning to mostly remote work in the future.
