Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating Clean Spaces:
    • Transform temporary accommodations through repairs, house cleaning, and decorating.
    • Maintain impeccable common areas with regular inspections and prompt defect reporting.
    • Ensure clear and safe pathways in all weather conditions.
  2. Resident Support:
    • Communicate responsibilities to residents and address concerns collaboratively.
    • Provide assistance to colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
  3. Health & Safety Stewardship:
    • Champion health and safety through protocols and protective gear use.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations to safeguard resident well-being.
  4. Records Management & Efficiency:
    • Streamline documentation processes for operational efficiency.
    • Utilize technology for accurate records, financial transactions, and reporting.
  5. Team Collaboration & Growth:
    • Participate actively in team meetings, supervision, and continuous training.
    • Contribute to a positive work culture and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Hands-On Expertise: Previous experience in estate management, demonstrating skills in repairs, decoration, and house cleaning.
  • Safety and Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with health and safety, COSHH, and GDPR guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Organized and Customer-Focused: Strong organizational and communication abilities with a customer-centric approach. Preferred qualifications include SQA Standard grades or equivalent and ebanking experience.
