Job Description: Central Service Analyst at Ambulance Radio Programme
If you're excited about being a crucial part of ensuring swift and effective handling of emergency 999 calls for paramedics, then the Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) Team has a spot for you We are seeking a Central Service Analyst to join our team either in the Barnsley Office or the Bristol Office. You'll have the chance to grow, train, and face new challenges in a national team that is dedicated to delivering technology advancements to the English, Scottish, and Welsh Ambulance Trusts.
- Work within the Service Team collaborating with suppliers and the ARP for the successful launch of our main programs

About Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP):
ARP, appointed by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), leads the way in providing and upgrading emergency communication services for UK ambulance services. With a large team of over eighty staff from various departments, ARP is dedicated to implementing new technology that bolsters innovation and improves patient care. Our solutions not only focus on current enhancements but also pave the way for the future adoption of the Home Office's Emergency Services Network (ESN).
- Introducing new technology-based services to Ambulance Trusts and Air Ambulance charities
- Implementing new technology across the national Ambulance fleet and empowering frontline paramedics and Control Room staff with cutting-edge communication products
- Ensuring end-to-end service from installation to maintenance, vital for a prompt response to critical incidents
Job Responsibilities:

Experience and Education:
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Possess a Current Full Driving Licence
- Practical experience with ITIL processes in a BAU Setting
- Experience in managing relationships and coordinating work across different teams
- Strong knowledge of service management tools
Desirable:
- Prince 2 Foundation certification
- Experience in workload management
- Background in designing data management systems
- Understanding of the NHS
